The start rate for a simple website with 4 or 5 pages with 10 emails is 250Euro (exc. domain name) and the start rate for hosting your website at my server is 45Euro p/ year. I'm so pretty sure you will not find nothing like this anywhere else but feel free to make your own investigation.
